There is also an issue that if this has come from iStockphoto it is almost definitely covered by a copywrite (which this site is now infringing) – Liam Jan 13 '14 at 10:07

@Liam It would seem to infringe upon your ability to use Gmail if you are unable to share a snapshot of your screen. Unless Gmail terms specifically forbid that action I'd say this is fair use of the image. – Mr.Wizard Jan 13 '14 at 15:45
