My outdoor experience began when I was 18 and participated in a three week sailing expedition on the coast of Maine. From that introduction I continued pursuing the outdoors in the American Rockies, Sawtooth Mountains, Superstitions, Dragoons, Sierra Nevada, Appalachians, and am now settled in the Green Mountains.

Over my decade of experience I have completed multiple Outward Bound Wilderness expeditions, instructed for OB USA, earned a Bachelors in Outdoor Education, become certified in rock climbing, avalanche rescue, whitewater kayaking, rafting and sea kayaking.

My passions are teaching other people in the outdoors, mountain biking, rock and ice climbing, and hacking away at electronic hardware and software.
