How can I acclimatize to cold? I'm also not sure, but I think for 0 degree not a lot of effort is necessary, but for -20 degree a little bit more effort would be necessary probably. |

What can I do to prevent altitude sickness? Yes I think it is useful if you want to climb a high mountain very fast and just want to suppress the symptoms. But is definitively not recommend to use it (proactively). |
