Mar 19, 2019 at 12:34 | comment | added | user85627 | I agree with the thumb test. If the knife is sharp, you can feel tiny resistance from the ridges of your fingerprint on as you move your thumb across the blade (definitely not along the blade, or you'll cut yourself). Do it gently of course. | |
