Dec 7, 2017 at 12:14 comment added Olin Lathrop The usual prominent diagnostic for a peregrine is the dark patch going down from the eye. That immediately makes the OP's bird not a peregrine.
Dec 7, 2017 at 5:26 comment added Rob Yeah maybe you are right. The feet also have a longer section from the bottom of the feathers on the CH whereas the PF the feathers go almost all the way to the base of the foot.
