Nov 21, 2013 at 20:29 | comment | added | john_science | @cluons I think two days is safe. Will it be fun? Probably not. I might do it in two, but I think I would suggest three days being a lot more pleasant.
Nov 18, 2013 at 15:59 | comment | added | Ricketyship | @WedaPashi it worked out cheap. I think it came to around 90 euros per person.
Nov 18, 2013 at 15:31 | comment | added | WedaPashi♦ | @Unsung: :) For that matter, how much did the expedition cost? (I know this will be tagged as a "Too Chatty" comment. #wink)
Nov 18, 2013 at 15:27 | comment | added | Ricketyship | @WedaPashi Oh like that. Don't worry, Mount Teide is non technical. I'd been there some 3 years back. You have cable car facility to get down.
Nov 18, 2013 at 15:26 | comment | added | WedaPashi♦ | @Unsung: true, But i didn't mean to say what you interpreted. I meant, a lot of people, really so many of them have died while coming down from a peak after a successful summit attempt, just out of over-confidence, excitement and Needless Hurry
Nov 18, 2013 at 15:23 | comment | added | Ricketyship | @WedaPashi losing height rapidly can never cause any issue. The oxygen level only increases with the decrease in altitude. Hence it shouldn't be a worry.
