At a minimum you want some sort of jig to ensure the drill is perfectly vertical and some sort of stop to prevent it drilling too deep. For a one-time only job it's probably not worth it. Have you a good instruction manual/ tutorial video? If so, you may find it easy. There is always a risk you could damage your skis beyond repair. The decision is really down to you. | |
