Oh! Sounds like you can modify based on... size? Heh. I suppose that I over-condensed "yield to" into "right-of-way". Cars have a responsibility to avoid bikes, but bikes can't just ride in the middle of the street. So maybe I should have stuck to the phrase "yield to".
